I called Pop-A-Lock out to our business. Initially we thought the keys were lost for just one of our service vehicles. As the locksmith, Dave, was finishing up, we discovered we couldn’t find the keys to another one of our service vehicles. It being a Friday night, I was expecting a bunch of huffing and puffing when I went out to tell him. With a smile Dave said he would get to it as soon as he finished up with vehicle one. I locked my keys in the house and did not want to have to pay to have the lock drilled, and have to replace the entire lock. Picking the lock was the best option available and Pop-A-Lock Atlanta was able to get me in without having to drill.

A couple of weeks ago, I was at the park with my mom and daughter and fell and broke the key to my Land Rover Discovery. I called AAA and thank God they sent out Dave from Pop-A-Lock. I didn’t realize how difficult it is to make or repair certain car keys and what was involved. It was a Saturday and neither Pop-A-Lock nor the Land Rover dealers could get a key code until Monday. This meant my key couldn’t be repaired or replaced until then. Fortunately, Dave got very creative and was able to take my broken key and make a new ignition key from scratch. He even charged me 50% less since the key was just for the ignition. Thanks AAA and Pop-A-Lock.
I called Pop-A-Lock Atlanta as I required automobile keys duplicated. I was quoted a price to which I agreed. Within ten minutes a gentleman named Ken called and informed me he would arrive at my home at a certain time. Even with rush hour traffic, he arrived exactly on time!
Ken was polite, pleasant, courteous, well mannered, well spoken, professional, and very skilled at his craft. He was able to cut a master key for a Toyota Camry from a valet key as the original master key had been lost. Very impressive! He then duplicated and programmed a Honda Accord master key with remote, in what seemed as the blink of an eye. It was easy to see Ken valued me as a customer and placed my customer satisfaction first and foremost. The price quoted was the price charged. Ken went above and beyond the call of duty! Customer service from Pop-A-Lock Atlanta is more than outstanding. All businesses could take a lesson from them. I could not be more pleased! Ken made my day!

What a wonderful company. I was at Walmart and inadvertently locked my 1 year old in the car. I panicked and a lady came out to help and told me to call Pop-A-Lock. They were there in 15 minutes and unlocked the door for me. The most amazing thing is that they didn’t charge me. I can’t believe that they get kids out of the car totally free of charge.
